HENRY S. DAVID Founder  Henry began his legal career at Graham & James, a preeminent international law firm in Los Angeles, in 1979.  He rose quickly through the ranks, and became a partner in 1986, and the managing partner of its largest and most profitable office before he turned 40.  After nearly 25 years at that firm, Henry joined one of the largest litigation boutiques in Los Angeles, which split up years later.  In 2011, Henry formed The David Firm® as a vehicle to serve the needs of his clients better.

HAYIM M. GAMZO Of Counsel  Hayim joined The David Firm® immediately after he graduated UCLA School of Law in 2015, with four concentrated specializations in business law.  While at the Firm, Hayim's practice has focused primarily on commercial litigation (including nearly a dozen appeals) in creditor's rights and bankruptcy, and judgment enforcement for seven years before he formed his own firm.  He remains Of Counsel to the Firm, assisting the Firm's clients.  Before Hayim joined the Firm, he interned at the Legal Department of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA) and clerked at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.  Prior to going to law school, Hayim operated a successful tutoring business and served as a tutor in various capacities, including as the instructor of LSAT courses, and GED preparatory classes for at risk-students and teenagers in a substance abuse recovery program.
