After more than forty-five years of first chairing hundreds of matters, small and large, I have slipped into semi-retirement.  I now play a “backroom” role, assisting other attorneys and their clients on an “as needed” basis on all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation analysis and strategizing to drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals briefs.  For client efficiency, I “stay in my lane,” helping on the types of matters that I have handled over the decades--primarily commercial disputes and certain aspects of bankruptcy.
